Rhoda Aguonigho is a Fashion Consultant, and Project Manager, She Founded Lhaude Africa, a Pan-African Institution that fosters opportunities for emerging fashion entrepreneurs and start-ups across the continent. At the heart of Lhaude’s mission lies a focus on Fashion Education, Community Integration, Mentorship, Business Development, and Digital Innovation. Lhaude is Africa’s foremost fashion platform, reaching across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Ethiopia, and South Africa, with a community of 6000+ talented entrepreneurs.
She has her first degree in Arts and Education from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife Nigeria and diplomas from King's University London in Business Management and the Global Fashion Company Inside LVMH in Luxury Business Management.
As a consultant, Rhoda actively collaborates with fashion entrepreneurs, equipping them with the necessary tools to launch their ventures, realize their brand aspirations, and thrive in the industry. She also works with organizations and businesses seeking to grow roots and engage the Creative Industry in Africa.
Rhoda has merged her professional background as an educator and her passion for the Creative Industry, she has taught over 2000 students about Fashion Business Development, Community building, and Sustainable Fashion, facilitating training for the African Development Bank’s initiative “Fashnomics”, Immerse Coaching Company, Falmouth University UK and many others.
She has engaged with organisations such as the British Council, The Creative Economy Practice, Lagos Fashion Week, the African Development Bank, and The United Nations Conscious Fashion Lifestyle Network.
Her journey has been marked by a commitment to revolutionizing how people of African descent and beyond are nurtured and empowered and this extends to her transformation work with women and teenagers through Her Blooming Place - a gender-focused transformational and spiritual community.
Rhoda has been recognized and honoured for her work in the Arts and Business, she was nominated for The Future Awards Africa Prize for Fashion in 2023 and was awarded the Future Forward Female 25under25 awards as a cultural ambassador, she also sat on the Advisory Committee of the United Nations Conscious Lifestyle Network in 2023.
